ASHBURN, Va. – More than 60 concerned parents, students, and residents spoke at the Loudoun County School Board meeting Tuesday evening, with many demanding the resignation of Loudoun County Superintendent Scott Ziegler in the wake of allegations that the school district covered up two alleged sexual assaults.

Ziegler was urged to resign by the parents at Ziegler’s school board meeting.

One angry mother declared, “This isn’t China. This is the United States of America. And we won’t be silenced.” Remove the superintendent as soon as possible and then, resign from your neglect and double standards. Stop this madness!

Two alleged sexual assaults were cited by parents. The victim’s father claimed that the victim was the one who committed the first. This occurred on May 28, 2021. Tell The Daily WireHis ninth grade daughter, who was wearing a skirt, was attacked in the toilet by the boy. Elizabeth Lancaster, an attorney representing the victim’s father, stated that the boy was accused of two counts each of forcible and anal sodomy as well as one count for forcible fellatio.

“We can confirm a May 28, 2021 case that involved a thorough 2-month-long investigation that was conducted to determine the facts of the case prior to arrest,” the sheriff’s office told Fox News. This case remains pending in court. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is not able to provide any documents that pertain to a pending case.” According to the sheriff’s office, it was sexual assault.

At a June 22 board meeting, Ziegler declared that “the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist,” and that to his knowledge, “We don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms.”

The school board approved a controversial transgender-related policy on August 11. It requires that teachers call students using their preferred pronouns. Bathroom renovations are required to make the bathrooms more private.

According to the sheriff’s report, on October 6th, a boy aged 15 was arrested for sexual battery and kidnapping of another student. A boy is accused of forcing a girl victim to go into her classroom, where he allegedly abused her and held her against her will. The two incidents are reported to be connected, but Fox News reports that police did not confirm they were the same.

Fox News spokeswoman Ziegler said that the incidents were immediately reported to Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. LCPS also cooperated with investigations. All information relating to students is confidential, as per federal and state privacy laws.

According to the parents, Ziegler was accused of firing offenses. The spokesperson did not comment on this. To parents’ demands for Ziegler to resign, the superintendent’s office did not respond.

“The 8040 policy was rushed through to a vote without consideration for the safety of all students, simply to satisfy a liberal agenda – a policy that you knew full well would allow our children to be abused inside our schools,” an irate mother said at the school board meeting Tuesday. At least two teenage women have been victims to sexual assault in our high schools. One of these happened in a bathroom.

Your moral compasses have been busted!” You, Dr. Ziegler, and our school board – every one of you – are complicit in these crimes against our children because you did nothing about it, nothing,” the woman said.

There is nothing worse than children being raped in school. Another mother stated that the cover-up was done by people who have been trusted with children’s safety and well being. Scott Ziegler should resign today for the incongruous act of letting an alleged rapist into his school, to rape once again, as well as for this coverup.

A father stated, “We warned about the policies you put in place that could be dangerous for our students. And we have seen it happen.” Is it too late? What are your plans to make changes to protect our children?

Katie Young is a fourteen-year-old girl who was enrolled in school district. She claimed that 8040 and other policies were not meant to make people feel more comfortable, or accept others, but to shift the thinking of my peers, and so we can become the next generation social justice warriors.

Young said, “I’m 14 years old. The fact that I must be here fighting for my right to not be subject to your radical agenda in school isn’t only worrying, but it’s also upsetting.” My peers and me are not instruments to push your political agenda.”

The first incident occurred during the June 22 school board meeting. They all had knowledge of the situation when they arrived at the June 22 meeting. This predator has now hurt another child. “And so they hold them accountable,” Patti Menders (mother and president Loudoun County Republican Women’s Club) said to Fox News before the meeting.

Security ushered each speaker out of the room. They allowed them to speak for one minute, after which they were dismissed. With the exception of the school board, which was at the front, and scattered staff members to the left and right, almost the entire room was empty. In a room with many chairs, speakers addressed the empty space. A mother said that her school board had violated the law by holding an “open meeting”, which was largely held in secret.

Fox News asked for comments from members Beth Barts and Brenda Sheridan of the school board, but neither they or Beth Barts (whom many parents have singled out) did not respond to Fox News’ request for comment on demands that their resignations be requested.
