Jon Stewart: Media made a mistake casting Trump as an ‘incredible supervillain.
Comedian Jon Stewart The media’s obsession with former Presidents is a sign of their hyper-focus Donald TrumpIt is an error and cast him as “incredible superheroin” distracts attention from other threats.

Jake Tapper interviewed the ex-host of the “Daily Show” and said that Trump is “making a mistake” in blaming political pundits for America’s divisions. Instead, they should focus on the threats posed by institutions larger than Trump.

“I think we make a mistake focusing this all on Donald Trump as if he’s … Magneto and some incredible supervillain that has changed the very nature and temperature of the U.S.,” Stewart said. He’s just an efficient vessel. But he isn’t singing new songs. … I think it’s a mistake to focus it all on this one individual and not to focus it more on the idea that power is its own reward whether it be in the financial industry or government. Power doesn’t cede itself, and unless we can figure out a better way to balance out that power … we’ll be vulnerable.”

Stewart recently started a show called “The Problem With Jon Stewart” and said that it was time for the media to abandon the notion that autocracy is only the property of Donald Trump.

He admitted that he thinks we have an inclination to give amnesty when people do things we like, even though it means they aren’t democratic enough. “So my concern is that we focus too heavily on this individual, which can be detrimental to the system and dynamics that were in place well before our cat learned how surf. Fauci is fact-checked by NBC: “Never happened”
Fact-checked report from NBC’s Saturday show “Today”. Dr. Anthony Fauci’s fear – made on its cable arm MSNBC – of a dramatic COVID-19 surge from crowded football stadiums, saying it “never happened.”

Shaquille Browster from NBC reported that stadiums packed for sporting events aren’t “superpreader events.” This is due to the coronavirus.

Brewster said that “for weeks, crowds in their tens of thousands have stood side-by-side, cheering for their teams at halfway,” Brewster reported. All the while, doctors warned that games could become super-spreader events. It was an alarming prospect, considering that hospitals were already at risk.

Brewster cited Fauci’s theory that packed college games would lead to rising COVID cases during an appearance in September on MSNBC.

Brewster stated, “But it never happened.” He also said that “Cases in all college football states across the south are in sharp decline now. Even Florida was included in the list, with hospitalizations falling 64 percent last month despite 90,000. fans filling the stadium. [University of Florida] Gators’ stadium.”

It gives me less anxiety when I see more people vaccinated. There has been a decline in the number of people who have been vaccinated. For sure,” Dr. Hiren Pokharna said. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
